Ladies Strength Courses
Ladies Strength is a comprehensive group-coaching programme, for women who want to practically learn how to weight train properly in the gym. Our instructors help women feel confident that they are weight training with excellent technique, in a safe and exclusive environment.
Classes take place in the squad training gym in the Mardyke Arena UCC and are open to all abilities.
Duration of the Course: 6 week course
- Course 1: 24th October – 28th November 2017 - Booking Now Open
- Course 2: 9th January – 13th February 2018
- Course 3: 20th February – 27th March 2018
- Course 4: 3rd April - 8th May 2018
- Course 5: 15th May – 19th June 2018
- Course 6: 26th June – 31st July 2018
Classes will take place on Tuesday evenings from 21:00 - 22:00

- Functional Movement Screening.
- Mobility training
- Compound lifts
- Core development
