Pay As You Go: This is a pay-per-visit class which runs on a first come first served basis. Pre-Pay: This is a course which must be paid for in advance. Energise Your Life: This is a morning class which caters for adults over 55 years.

The Mardyke Arena was designed and constructed in full compliance with access regulatory requirements. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible and includes several pieces of specialised equipment.
  • All areas are wheelchair-accessible.
  • The main cardiovascular exercise gym on the first floor is fitter with a specialised lift for wheelchair users.
  • There are several pieces of equipment in the ground floor gym which have been specifically designed to accommodate members who may be restricted in terms of use of mainstream equipment.
