Swimming Challenge Raises over €5,700 for Charity

Over the past month the Mardyke Arena UCC have raised €5,700 with our Doggy Paddle 2015 fundraiser.

60 participants signed-up for the swimming challenge with a total distance of over 1,400KM covered.

All proceeds from the Doggy Paddle will help fund the supports of The Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.

The Doggy Paddle was co-ordinated by Mardyke Arena Staff member, Barry Dunne.

Well done to all who contributed to a highly successful event for such a worthy cause.

Our next fundraiser is the Mardyke Arena UCC Sponsored Golf Classic in association with The Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind on Friday 22nd May at Lee Valley Golf Club.
