Teen Fitness - October Mid Term Camp

The Teen Fitness October Mid Term Camp is a 4 day course ran over consecutive days from 9:30am - 11:00am.
The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 12-16 years.
The October Camp will take place from Tuesday October 27th - Friday October 30th 2015.
The programme includes the following:
- General fitness screening at start and end of the programme
- Individual fitness programme designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual
- Participants will sample a variety of age specific classes and activities including Gym, Circuit Gym - Light Weight Training, Indoor Running Track - Speed Testing, Boot Camp, Spinning, Pilates, Flexibility, Swimming and many more....
- Recovery sessions in hydro therapy pool
All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.
