All courses run for 6 weeks


  • Monday: Mixed Pilates from 7-8pm*
  • Tuesday: Beginner Pilates from 7-8pm
  • Wednesday: Beginner Pilates from 6-7pm
  • Thursday: Ashtanga Yoga from 6-7pm 

*Please note classes do not run on Bank Holidays. The missed class will run on the Thursday of that week instead. Or alternatively you can attend another class of the same level on the same week.

Mardyke Arena UCC hosts a wide range of Yoga & Pilates courses. Adding progressive workouts to your fitness routine can increase your strength and flexibility and can greatly improve your overall core stability.


Using controlled and fluid movements Pilates develops the body uniformly. It corrects posture, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit. 


Many people think that yoga is just stretching, but yoga is really about developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.

Peak Rates from September to April annually

6 week course.

6 class course.

Courses are bookable by phone or at reception on a first come first served basis. Places cannot be reserved unless full payment has been received. Courses are non refundable and non transferable.
