Our Fitness Class programme is open to all; Members, UCC Students & non members. All classes run on a pay as you go basis and tickets for each class can be bought at reception from one hour before the class begins. Our goal is to offer suitable classes for everybody. Whether your aim is to get fit, lose weight, tone up or increase flexibility, we have the class for you. Our highly experienced instructors will help you achieve your goal. Add some variety to your fitness regime and experience the benefits.

Our new fitness class programme will take effect from Monday 11th of September and will run until Sunday 10th December.
Please note total tone on Tuesdays will now start at 18:05 and HIT on Thursday will start at 18:05.

Our Energise Your Life (EYL) programme is offered to all adults over 55 years and to GP Exercise Referral clients. Our 11 dedicated instructors continuously deliver safe and effective fitness classes with the emphasis being on fun, enjoyment and interaction. It is a great way to get fit, lose weight, strengthen joints and muscles, while also meeting new people and making new friends.
