We are delighted with the overall feedback from you with respect to our new facilities and programmes which have been introduced during 2012.
The extensive redevelopment during 2012 has, we believe, hugely improved the Mardyke experience.
Recent issues highlighted in customer comments include requests for pre-booking systems for classes. We are investigating solutions to this at present and will keep you informed as to progress.
There have also been some requests for additional gym equipment. We have reviewed the current equipment levels and at present we belive that we are providing the optimal arrangement to cater fairly for all members. We will however review this on an ongoing basis and make chnages where possible.
