Womens Strength Courses
Womens Strength is a comprehensive group-coaching programme, for women who want to practically learn how to weight train properly in the gym. Our instructors help women feel confident that they are weight training with excellent technique, in a safe and exclusive environment.
Classes take place in the squad training gym in the Mardyke Arena UCC and are open to all abilities.
Duration of the Course: 6 week course

Applicants must complete an application form and places can only be reserved with payment.
