Course Information - 20:20:20
||20:20:20 is a high intensity 60-minute class taking in 3 separate disciplines. 20 minutes of high intensity cardio training, 20 minutes of strength work with kettlebells and 20 minutes of core conditioning using body weight exercises. Exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels.
||Class is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. Tickets need to be purchased from reception before the class.
