Course Information - Cardio-Pilates Mix
||A new 50 minute class targeting cardio and core training. 30 minutes of cardio to raise your heart rate and finishing with 20 minutes of pilates to train and strengthen your core.
||Class places are limited. Tickets are given out 60 minutes before the class is due to start.
