Are you wondering about exercising during pregnancy? Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for a healthy pregnancy.
Practicing Pilates during pregnancy can support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery, make recovery easier and help with any potential weakness the body may have.
Mardyke Arena is starting a new Prenatal Pilates course on Tuesday's from 1pm-2pm. The course is starting on Tuesday September 7th 2010. Registration for this course is open from Monday .
