Spring/Summer 2013 PILATES & YOGA DETAILS

 

Mardyke Arena UCC hosts a wide range of Yoga & Pilates courses. Adding progressive courses to your workout routine can increase your strength and flexibility and can greatly improve your overall core stability.

Levels:
Intro- These courses are for beginner to general level, where more emphasis will be placed on explaining and practicing each movement
Flow- These courses are for general to advanced level, where the participant has previous experience. The movements will be more fluid and progressive.
Mixed- These courses cater for both beginners and improvers.
Pilates- All pilates courses are for mixed ability levels, and cater for beginners to advanced participants.
Power Pilates- This course is for those who have participated in pilates previously, where the emphasis is on progression.

Please note: Monday's classes will not run on Bank Holidays. An additional class will be held on the Thursday of that week. Hot Yoga will be on from 6-7pm and Pilates will run from 7-8pm. If this time does not suit please inform your instructor to arrange an alternative time.
