Strength Training Course for Women - Beginning 12th March 2014

Due to demand, a second Strength Training Course for Women will begin on Wednesday 12th March next.
The Course will run for 6 weeks on Wednesday Morningss @ 10am in the Squad Gym and is suitable for both beginners to advanced levels.
