Teen Fitness Courses - Spring Break 2014

Teeen Fitness Spring Courses

The Teen Fitness Programmes is a 4 day course ran over consecutive days from 9:30am - 11:00am. The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 13-16 years. Please see below for course dates:

Course 1: Monday April 14th - Thursday April 17th

Course 2: Tuesday April 22nd - Friday April 25th 

The programme includes the following:

  • General fitness screening at start and end of the programme
  • Individual fitness programme designed specifically to meet the needs
    of the individual
  • Participants will sample a variety of age specific classes and activities
    including Gym, Circuit Gym - Light Weight Training, Indoor Running Track - Speed Testing, Boot Camp, Spinning, Pilates, Flexibility, Swimming and many more....
  • Recovery sessions in hydro therapy pool

All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.

Course Cost:

Individual Course - Members/UCC Staff €30 | Non Member €50

Both Courses - Members/UCC Staff €50 | Non Member €70
