Teen Fitness Summer Courses 2014

The Teen Fitness Course is a 4 week course ran over Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week from 9:30am - 11:00am. The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 12-16 years. Please see below for course dates:
Course 1: Commencing 30th June 2014
- Week 1: 30th June, 2nd, 4th July
- Week 2: 7th, 9th, 11th July
- Week 3: 14th, 16th, 18th July
- Week 4: 21st, 23rd, 25th July
Course 2: Commencing 28th July 2014
- Week 1: 28th, 30th July, 1st Aug
- Week 2: *Tues 5th, 6th, 8th Aug
- Week 3: 11th, 13th, 15th Aug
- Week 4: 18th, 20th, 22nd Aug
Please Note: Classes will not run on the 4th August due to Bank Holiday. Classes changes to Tuesday 5th August (Wednesday & Friday as per normal this week).
The programme includes the following:
- General fitness screening at start and end of the programme
- Individual fitness programme designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual
- Educational talks on nutrition and healthy lifestyle
- Participants will sample a variety of age specific classes and activities including Gym, Circuits, Light Weight Training, Spinning, Pilates, Swimming and many more....
- Recovery sessions in hydro therapy pool
All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.
