Strength Training Course for Women - Jan 2015

6 week course commencing Wednesday 14th January 2015
The course teaches you how to train safely and effectively with weights – for fat loss, strength, health and fitness.
Expert tuition from UKSCA and FMS Qualified Strength and Conditioning instructor Deirdre Morrison
Session content to include;
- Functional Movement Screening.
- Mobility training
- Compound lifts
- Core development
Classes will take place in the Mardyke Squad training gym. Private training environment with exclusive access to course participants only.
1 hour intensive class from 10am – 11am run over 6 consecutive weeks
