Teen Fitness Summer Courses

The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 12-16 years.
Please see below for course dates:
- Week 1: June 15th /17th/18th
- Week 2: June 22nd/24th /25th
- Week 3: June 29th/1st/2nd
- Week 1: July 6th/8th/9th
- Week 2: July 13th/15th/16th
- Week 3: July 20th/22nd/23rd
- Week 1: July 27th/29th/30th
- Week 2:* Tuesday August *4th/5th/6th
- Week 3: August 10th/12th/13th
*Please note classes will not run Monday August 3rd due to Bank Holiday.Classes changed to Tuesday 4th August (Wednesday & Thursday as per normal this week).
The programme includes the following:
- General fitness screening at start and end of the programme
- Individual fitness programme designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual
- Educational talks on nutrition and healthy lifestyle
- Participants will sample a variety of age specific classes and activities including Gym, Circuits, Light Weight Training, Spinning, Pilates, Swimming and many more....
- Recovery sessions in hydro therapy pool
All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.
