Upcoming Strength Training Courses for Women

We are pleased to announce the following Strength Training Courses for Women:
Course Start Dates:
- Course 1: Wednesday 10th February 2016 (6 Weeks)
- Course 2: Monday 22nd February 2016 (6 Weeks)
The Courses will take place in the Squad Gym from 10:00 – 11:00 over 6 consecutive weeks.
The course teaches you how to train safely and effectively with weights – for fat loss, strength, health and fitness and will run for 6 weeks.
Expert tuition from UKSCA and FMS Qualified Strength and Conditioning instructor Deirdre Morrison.
Session content to include;
- Functional Movement Screening.
- Mobility training
- Compound lifts
- Core development
Open to Members and Non Members
- Non Members €48
- Members €36
Limited Availability: Places will be allocated on a 1st come 1st serve basis. All participants must be minimum 17 years old.
