Teen Fitness Summer Courses 2016

The Mardyke Arena UCC will run three Teen Fitness Summer Courses in June, July & August 2016.
Courses will run Monday, Wednesday & Thursday for three consecutive weeks from 09:30am - 11:00am.
The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 12-16 years.

- Week 1 June 13th 15th & 16th
- Week 2 June 20th 22nd & 23rd
- Week 3 June 27th 29th & 30th
- Week 1 July 4th 6th & 7th
- Week 2 July 11th 13th & 14th
- Week 3 July 18th 20th & 21st
- Week 1 July 25th 27th & 28th
- Week 2* Aug 2nd 3rd & 4th
- Week 3 Aug 8th 10th & 11th
Please note classes will not run Monday August 1st due to Bank Holiday.
* Bank holiday week will run Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
About the programme:
- Warm up each morning with some light shuttle runs/relays and stretching.
- Demonstrations of each machine and how to work out safely in the Gym.
- Experience our virtual indoor cycling class in our designated Indoor Spinning Studio.
- Develop both strength & flexibility in our Yoga Classes.
- Recovery sessions in our Hydrotherapy Pool.
- Other activities will include; Swimming, Circuit Gym, Climbing, Pilates, Swiss ball, and many more.
All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.
