Summer Teen Fitness Courses 2017

The Mardyke Arena UCC will run three Teen Fitness Summer Courses in June, July & August 2017.
Courses will run Monday, Wednesday & Thursday for three consecutive weeks from 09:30am - 11:00am.
The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 12-16 years.

Week 1 June 12th, 14th & 15th
Week 2 June 19th, 21st & 22nd
Week 3 June 26th, 28th & 29th
Week 1 July 3rd, 5th & 6th
Week 2 July 10th, 12th & 13th
Week 3 July 17th, 19th & 20th
Week 1 July 31st, 2nd & 3rd August
Week 2* Aug 8th, 9th & 10th
Week 3 Aug 14th, 16th & 17th
Please note classes will not run Monday August 7th due to Bank Holiday.
* Bank holiday week will run Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
About the programme:
- Warm up each morning with some light shuttle runs/relays and stretching.
- Demonstrations of each machine and how to work out safely in the Gym.
- Experience our virtual indoor cycling class in our designated Indoor Spinning Studio.
- Develop both strength & flexibility in our Yoga Classes.
- Recovery sessions in our Hydrotherapy Pool.
- Other activities will include; Swimming, Circuit Gym, Climbing, Pilates, Swiss ball, and many more.
All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.
