Upcoming Strength & Weightlifting Courses

The Mardyke Arena UCC are pleased to announce that the following courses will commence in June:
Men’s Strength Training Course
A 6 week Strength Training Programme exclusively for Men delivered in the Squad Gym. Individuals will be assessed and receive specific programmes based on their abilities. Participants will receive guidelines on adaptions to the programme in order to achieve individual goals.
Classes will take place on a Monday from 20:00 - 21:00
Course Dates: 12th, 19th, 26th June & 3rd, 10th, 17th July

Weightlifting - Introduction Course (Male & Female)
This 6 Week Weightlifting Introduction Course will educate participants on the specific lifts associated with Weightlifting. Attention will be given to individual technique and corrective guidelines to ensure safe lifting.
*Applicants must have an interest in Weightlifting and basic knowledge of the various Weightlifting Lifts.
Classes will take place on a Wednesday from 20:00 - 21:30
Course Dates: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th June & 5th, 12th July
