Summer Teen Fitness Courses 2018

The Mardyke Arena UCC will run four Teen Fitness Summer Courses in June, July & August 2018.
Courses will run Monday, Wednesday & Thursday for three consecutive weeks from 09:30am - 11:00am.
The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 12-16 years.

Course 1 - June
Week 1: 5th*/6th/7th
Week 2: 11th /13th /14th
Week 3: 18th /20th /21st
Course 2 - June / July
Week 1: 25th /27th /28th
Week 2: 2nd/ 4th /5th
Week 3: 9th/ 11th /12th
Course 3 - July / August
Week 1: 16th /18th /19th
Week 2: 23rd /25th/ 26th
Week 3: 30th /1st /2nd
Course 4 - AUGUST ( 2 weeks only €35 mem/€40 non)
Week 1 : 7th*/8th/9th
Week 2: 13th /15th/ 16th
Please note classes will not run Monday June 5th and Monday August 7th due to Bank Holiday.
* Bank holiday week will run Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
About the programme:
- Warm up each morning with some light shuttle runs/relays and stretching.
- Demonstrations of each machine and how to work out safely in the Gym.
- Experience our virtual indoor cycling class in our designated Indoor Spinning Studio.
- Develop both strength & flexibility in our Yoga Classes.
- Recovery sessions in our Hydrotherapy Pool.
- Other activities will include; Swimming, Circuit Gym, Climbing, Pilates, Swiss ball, and many more.
- All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.
