All courses run for 6 weeks
- Monday: Pilates from 7-8pm*
- Tuesday: Beginner Pilates from 7-8pm
- Wednesday: Beginner Pilates from 6-7pm
- Thursday: NEW Pre & Post Natal Pilates from 10.30-11.30am
- Thursday: Ashtanga Yoga from 6-7pm
*Please note classes do not run on Bank Holidays. The missed class will run on the Thursday of that week instead. Or alternatively you can attend another class of the same level on the same week.

Using controlled and fluid movements Pilates develops the body uniformly. It corrects posture, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.
PRE & POST NATAL PILATES
Pregnancy is a very special time for mothers and babies, and we want to help you enjoy yours. Staying active during pregnancy is the key to managing a healthy & happy pregnancy and will also help recovery after. Pilates is one of the safest and most effective forms of exercise you could do while pregnant and postpartum! Classes are carefully planned, by our Pre & Post Natal Pilates Instructor Claudia Parkes, with a focus on core stability, strength and overall fitness. Non-aerobic & gentle, Pilates is perfectly suited to help the body through pregnancy, prepare for labour and assist in recovery after giving birth. To be eligible to join the course you must be at least 12 weeks pregnant and 6-8 weeks following delivery. A Medical Clearance certificate is required for all participants.
Many people think that yoga is just stretching, but yoga is really about developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and clearly structured vinyasa-style practice which connects the movement of the body with the flow of the breath. Ashtanga yoga promotes strength, flexibility, stamina and efficient postural alignment as well as stress release and well-being. Each class includes breath work, sun salutations, a series of standing and seated poses, a mindful introduction to backbends and inversions and relaxation. The teacher demonstrates the poses, explains the technique and offers modifications as required, which makes the course ideal for those who wish to progress at their own pace.
