Following further consideration, we have decided to continue with the current booking process, without COVID Certificate checks, until the completion of a Customer Survey.
This survey will be shared through the relevant platforms in the coming week. The data collected from the Customer Survey will inform our decision making process and provide a valuable insight into Customer expectations and preferences going forward.

Following the latest Government announcement on Friday 21st January 2022, regarding the easing of COVID 19 restrictions, the Mardyke Arena UCC will operate by implementing the following with immediate effect:
- No requirement for COVID Certificates.
- Booking system will remain in place.
- All members must continue to Check-in prior to using the facility.
- Facemasks or coverings must be worn whilst moving through the facility.
