Course Information - Dance Works
||Exercise doesn't have to be boring — especially if it involves a dance workout. Now add in some resistance training and you have the full package! This 50 minute class combines dance moves with
weights so as well as getting a cardio workout you will also be toning up your arms, legs, glutes and core. Dance Works keeps energy levels high by creating a party atmosphere. Get ready for lots of booty-shaking and shimmying to upbeat music! Suitable for all fitness levels.
