Hydrotherapy at Mardyke Arena

Our hydrotherapy pool offers natural resistance in a low-impact environment, reducing strain on joints while promoting mobility and healing. Hydrotherapy is ideal for:

- Gentle strength-building

- Injury or surgery recovery

- Joint pain or mobility issues

- GP or physiotherapist referrals

Located in our Aqua Vitality Suite, hydrotherapy sessions are designed to support movement, recovery, and well-being through warm-water exercise.
Hydroflex Classes

Duration: 30 minutes
Cost: €95 per 6-week block

Led by a qualified Exercise Professional, these low to moderate intensity sessions offer a gentle yet effective way to stretch, strengthen, and improve mobility – perfect for beginners or those easing back into exercise.

Small Group Classes

Duration: 45 minutes
Cost: €125 per 6-week block

Enjoy expert guidance in a safe, encouraging environment with up to four participants. These sessions combine individual attention with the motivation of group exercise.
