The venue gets notified of your visit and receive an overview and top tips to interact with you.

Simply let us know of your intention to visit, we will ensure all measure are in place to welcome you  when you arrive and make sure you get the very best service delivered in a way that is specific to your needs.

For members with assistance dogs, we offer a supervision service where members can leave their dogs behind reception where they are fully supervised by a member of staff.  This service will ensure no other users with dogs  arrive at the same time.
