The Mardyke Arena UCC are currently recruiting for the following position’s:
*Children’s Activity Leader*
An activity leader is responsible for facilitating activities as per the timetable issued by the children’s activity coordinator. Their main responsibilities will be;
- Facilitating age appropriate activities as per the time table
- Ensuring the safety of the children during the camp
- Monitoring group
- Work in our international student program
- Liaising with parents
- Reporting of issues/accidents to the floor coordinator
Essential Criteria:
- Coaching qualification
- Qualified teacher
- Trainee teacher
Desired:
- First Aid qualification
- 2 years’ experience of working with children

*Children’s Activity Helper*
The role of the activity helper is to assist the leaders and coordinators. There main duties will be;
- Moving equipment from area to area
- Escorting children to the bathroom
- Assisting children during changing time in the pool
- Assisting leaders during activity change over
- Monitoring lunch breaks
- Ensuring all areas are clean and tidy
