Happy National Workplace Wellbeing Day!
Today, we are delighted to announce details of our live online fitness class programme starting next week, details of our Physiotherapy Consultation Service with our Chartered Physiotherapists at the arena clinic and release a new home workout video.
Live Online Fitness Classes
Starting on Monday 4th May, the Mardyke Arena UCC will be running live Fitness Classes via the Mardyke Arena UCC Facebook page.
Please see below Fitness Class schedule:
- Monday – HIIT – 6pm
- Tuesday – Legs, Bums & Tums – 6pm
- Wednesday – Pilates for All – 6pm (Premiere)
- Thursday – Legs, Bums & Tums – 6pm
- Friday – HIIT – 1pm

the arena clinic based at the Mardyke Arena UCC is a unique clinic, incorporating physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and specialist rehabilitation equipment. The clinic is staffed with highly skilled physiotherapists treating all musculoskeletal and medical problems.
As part of the Keeping Cork Healthy campaign the arena clinic are offering free consultations to the Cork Community during this time. If you or a family member have any queries, get in touch by emailing the firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our Chartered Physiotherapists will follow up with you.
