The Mardyke Arena UCC are delighted to launch a Programme of the Month service, which is available to all our members, commencing on the 1st February 2022.
A new programme will be available to members each month. All members who sign up will be provided with a programme induction with a Gym Instructor.
The programmes will be offered to members free of charge and will be suitable for all levels of ability.
To sign up, please speak to a Gym staff member. Members will be required to go through a programme induction, which will take approx. 15 -20 mins.
