The Mardyke Arena UCC will run four Teen Fitness Summer Courses in June, July & August 2019.
Courses will run Monday, Wednesday & Thursday for three consecutive weeks from 09:30am – 11:00am.
The programme is aimed at Teenagers aged 12-16 years.

Course 1 – June
- Week 1: 10th/12th/13th
- Week 2: 17th/19th/20th
- Week 3: 24th/26th/27th
Course 2 – July
- Week 1: 1st/3rd/4th
- Week 2: 8th/10th/11th
- Week 3: 15th/17th/18th
Course 3 – July/ August
- Week 1: 22nd/24th/25th
- Week 2: 29th/31st/1st
- Week 3: 6th*/7th/8th (*Bank Holiday)
Course 4 – August ( 2 weeks only €35 mem/€40 non)
- Week 1 : 12th/14th/15th
- Week 2: 19th/21st/22nd
Please note classes will not run Monday 5th of August due to the Bank Holiday.
* Bank holiday week will run Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
About the programme:
- Warm up each morning with some light shuttle runs/relays and stretching.
- Demonstrations of each machine and how to work out safely in the Gym.
- Experience our virtual indoor cycling class in our designated Indoor Spinning Studio.
- Develop both strength & flexibility in our Yoga Classes.
- Recovery sessions in our Hydrotherapy Pool.
- Other activities will include; Swimming, Circuit Gym, Climbing, Pilates, Swiss ball, and many more.
- All classes are supervised by qualified and professional staff.
