Today we continue our series of home workout videos, as part of our ‘Keeping Cork Healthy’ series, in association with The Echo.
This workout focuses on strength and conditioning – grab a skipping ropes and weights that you might have at home.
The exercises include: Jumping Rope, Seated Arnold Press, Mountain Climbers, Row and Fly and Squat Drops.
