Starfishes, Sumo Squats and Ticktok lunges are just some of the exercise moves we’ll teach you today as we continue our series of free exercise videos.

This workout today focuses on strength and conditioning again – grab some weights as you’ll need them for some of exercises.
The exercises include: Starfishes, Push-up Twist, Sumo Squat with curl and press, High Knee Lateral Shuffle and Ticktok lunge with lateral raise.
