Strength Training Courses
Strength Training Courses for Women is a comprehensive group-coaching programme, for women who want to practically learn how to weight train properly in the gym.
Our instructors ensures that participants are weight training with excellent technique, in a safe and exclusive environment.
Classes take place in the squad training gym in the Mardyke Arena UCC and are open to all abilities.
Duration of the Course: 6 week course

Due to COVID-19 and current operational restrictions, courses will not run until further notice. We endeavour to reintroduce the above courses, as soon as it's safe to do so and in line with public health advice.

- Functional Movement Screening.
- Mobility training
- Compound lifts
- Core development
Members: €42 | Non Members €56 | Students €30
