Course Information - Pilates Works
||A Pilates and toning class for all levels, working the core, to support the whole body for great posture and relieving back pain. Suitable for all fitness levels, beginners are welcome.
||This is a drop in class, places are limited. Tickets need to be purchased from reception before the class.
